Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager at PromaSecure in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication on a day-to-day basis.
Mandatory Attributes and Qualifications
- Account Acquisition, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
- 4-5 years of Infosec, Cybersec, IT sales Experience in the GCC region
- Lead Generation and Communication skills in English ( Arabic is a plus)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of IT Security concepts and products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT related field
- UAE driving License and Car
